  • (Since 2014) Founder and Director- Centre for Dialogue, Debate and Argument - create discourse among society through Debates, Discussions, Lectures and Conferences to address the contemporary Issues of India and abroad.

  • (2018 - 2019) Chairman of Rajasthan Unit of Campaigning for Judicial Accountability and Judicial Reform : To address the human rights issues among Indigenous Community, organizing public hearings, providing legal remedies and advocating their interests.
  • (Since 2019) Convenor – Nayi Dishayein Program : A National Program for the preservation and promotion of centuries old Indigenous Knowledge of Nomadic Communities.
  • (Since 2019) Nomadic Festival : I have designed, coordinated and conducted the nomadic festival every year for the Nomadic community of India. This is the only festival of nomadic communities in India. We have organized the festival four times in the last four years.

Workshops and Presentations

  • (26 Aug- 4 Sep 2021) Workshop: "Nispandan'’- Designed and conducted a ten days workshop at Tribal Museum, Bhopal ( Government of Madhya Pradesh) To address the Life-Culture and Art work of the Kalbeliya Nomadic Community. It was India's first workshop for any nomadic community that highlighted different colors of their life. The Government of Madhya Pradesh invited me to conduct this workshop.
  • (August, 30th 2022) Performance and Presentation - Designed, Training and Presentation of Bhopa Nomadic community at Tribal Museum, Bhopal.
  • (August, 31st 2022) Performance and Presentation - Designed, Training and Presentation of the Kathputli Bhat Nomadic Community at Tribal Museum, Bhopal (Government of Madhya Pradesh).

  • (Sep. 4th 2019) On Ghumntuon ko Jano- “Hamari jivan Dhawaniyan" (घुमंतुओं को जानो: "हमारी जीवन ध्वनियां".) Published in Cultural Magazine and Daily Newspaper. This two day Conference was organized by Centre For Dialogue with the support of Jawahar Kala Kendra, Department of Art and Culture, Government of Rajasthan. At JKK, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • (February 7- 8, 2020) On “Gandhi ka Bharat Or Ghumantu Samuday." (गांधी का भारत और घुमंतू समुदाय".) Published in Cultural Magazine and Daily Newspaper. This two day Conference was organized with the help of the Ministry of Social Justice, Government of Rajasthan. At Ravindra Manch, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • (February 2021) On "Kalbeliya Traditions and Modernity" in a three days conference, which was organized by Tribal museum, Bhopal. My paper was published in Chaumasa Magazine - (Tribal Museum, Bhopal).
  • (October 2021) On "Bahurupiya's Art and Characters" in a three days conference which was organized by Tribal museum, Bhopal. My paper was published in Chaumasa Magazine (Tribal Museum, Bhopal).

Policy Drafting

  • 2022- 2023- (Nomadic Policy) - The State Government of Rajasthan (India) invited me along with other experts to draft the nomadic policy for Rajasthan. It is the first Rajasthan who make and implement this Policy
