The working group Medical Anthropology invites for a series of lecture in the winter term. The next lecture is on November 6^th 2012. It is entitled From "Crazy" to "Psychotic": The Diagnostic Term Unmada in Classical and Contemporary Ayurvedic Literature  and will be held by Dr. Anand Samir Chopra. The working group Medical Anthropology is a forum for researchers, students and all those interested in the study of health and illness in different cultural and social settings. The aim of the working group is to discuss and analyze new theories and themes of Medical Anthropology and to learn more about international developments in the area of culture, health and health care.
