From July 15 to 19, 2015, the 12th Indian Film Festival will take place at the Metropol cinema in Stuttgart. The festive program is assembled by Alexandra Schott, who studied at the South Asia Institute in Anthropology and South Asian History and worked as an academic assistant at the Department of History. On Friday, 12.06.2015, the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka from Berlin, H.E. Karunatilaka Amunugama and Norbert H. Quack, Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka from Stuttgart visited the South Asia Institute. This was his first visit with an exchange of information with members of the SAI to discuss initiatives for research in Sri Lanka. |
