Kelly Anders
Kelly Anders holds a Bachelor's degree in South Asian Studies and Psychology from Heidelberg University. In her undergraduate thesis, she examined the role of Hindi films in the (de-)construction of stigmas surrounding mental illness and other impairments. She is currently pursuing a consecutive Master's degree in "Communication, Literature, Media" (M.A. KLM). Alongside her studies, she has been working for nearly six years in the CATS Library, where she is involved in retrospective cataloguing, and she has been leading the Hindi tutorial at the South Asia Institute for three years. Her particular interest lies in the role of language and media in societal negotiation processes, especially concerning mental health and cultural narratives.
