An made to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund for the services of the financial year ending on the 30th day of June, 1994

Whereas it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund for the services of the financial year ending on the 30th day of June, 1994;

Now, therefore, it is enacted as follows-

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Appropriation Act, 1993.

2. Issue of Taka 26386,59,12,000 out of the Consolidated Fund for the financial year 1993-94.- There shall be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Taka twenty-six thousand three hundred eighty-six crores, fifty-nine lakhs and twelve thousand toward defraying the charges which may come in course of payment during the financial year ending on the 30th day of June, 1994, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule in relation to this Act.

3. Appropriation.- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ending on the 30th day of June, 1994.
