An Act made to amend the Bangladesh Computer Council Act, 1990

Wheras it is expedient to amend the Bangladesh Computer Council Act, 1990 (Act No. 9 of 1990) for the purpose hereinafter appearing;

Therefore it is enacted as follows:-

1. Short title.- This Act shall be called the Bangladesh Computer Council (Amendment) Act, 1990.

2. Amendment of Act No. 9 of 1990.- In the Bangladesh Computer Council Act, 1990 (Act No. 9 of 1990), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the expression "executive Chairman" shall, wherever mentioned, be substituted by the expression "executive Director".

3. Amendment of section 19 of Act No. 9 of 1990.- The expression " this or any rule" in section 19 of that Act shall be substituted by the expression "this Act or any rule".
