A native of India, Avender Pal Singh completed his Masters in Public Administration from Panjab University in Chandigarh. Afterward, he worked in a tire company as a Sales Executive. In order to achieve his goal of working with NGOs in North India and becoming a politician, Mr. Singh studied MAHASSA. His M.A. thesis is entitled "According to Sri Guru Granth Sahib: What is health and how is it attained?".
