Fatima Javaid completed her Masters of Science in Sociology from the University of Punjab in Lahore. Following her graduation, she had further interest in the area of Social Sciences, so she decided to complete a Masters in Sociology due to her grand ambitions towards public service and development. After the completion of her Masters studies, Fatima joined a public hospital for an internship, a necessary part of her studies, and worked as a Medical Social Officer for six months. She carried out different assignments for health and re-counseling of patients as well she was sent out to organize events for the rehabilitation of patients. Following this experience, Fatima had a challenging and enlivening job as a Section Head in the teaching sector for three years. She carried out different programs for education in order to help the community and to link the people to development progress. The aim was to teach people how to accomplish things for themselves, so that they can get out of poverty, diseases and different health issues. While having a great contribution to these projects, Fatima decided to improve her skills in the field of human rights and human health. Due to her deep interest in health programs for her own community, she believes MAHASSA is the best teaching program to meet her requirements for the future. She decided to join the program as she believes that it will help her to enhance her skills and lead her towards a positive attitude to serve her country.
