The “Hindu Temple Legends in South India" Academy project is pleased to announce an upcoming 1.5-day workshop for Early Career Researchers, taking place on May 18 and 19, at Karlstraße 4 in Heidelberg.

This event serves as a dedicated platform for emerging scholars to present their latest work and engage in substantive academic dialogue within a supportive professional environment. By facilitating detailed feedback from both peers and senior experts, the workshop aims to refine ongoing research and strengthen the scholarly community focused on the rich legendary and cultural landscape of South India. Beyond the formal presentations organized in six sessions, a primary objective of the gathering is to foster meaningful networking. The organizers recognize that building these professional connections is vital for the career trajectories of young researchers, providing them with a unique opportunity to learn about contemporary projects and collaborate with colleagues in their field.

The full program, which outlines the scheduled sessions and specific research topics, is now available for review. To assist with logistical arrangements and catering, those who intend to participate are kindly requested to send a registration note to the project team at htl (at) hadw-bw.de.
