Welcome to Bharat Desai as Guest Professor
 | The Department of Political Science at the South Asia Institute cordially welcomes Professor Dr. Bharat H. Desai as Guest Professor. He wants to pursue his research work during his stay of two months funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation until end of July. |
Bharat Desai is Professor of International Law at the Centre for International Legal Studies of the School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University. He received his Ph.D. in International Environmental Law from Jawaharlal Nehru University and his LLM in International Law from Gujarat University.
His main areas of his current research work include International Law; International Environmental Law; International Humanitarian Law; International Criminal Law as well as International Dispute Settlement.
