The new book by Hans Harder „Verkehrte Welten: Bengalisch Satiren aus dem Kolonialen Kalkutta“ [Worlds upside down: Bengal satires from Colonial Calcutta] is just released by Draupadi, Heidelberg. The book was part of a presentation at the Frankfurt Book Fair on October 16^th. “Verkehrte Welten” includes a selection of 13 satirical texts, each introducing a particular author and the context of the text. The presentation of the satirical texts is bilingual (German/Bengali).
